I had a flat tire and they were so helpful. Helped me air up the tire to get it to the shop and even fixed it for me in less than 20 minutes. I really appreciate their help, timeliness and kindness.

They did good work on my car. Decently fair pricing for the level of work done. Maybe a little costly for a person trying to save money or low on cash but overall a good shop with respectful employees.

I had an awesome experience with Alec at University Auto. He was friendly, patient, and really made me feel like I was being taken care of instead of just being another customer. He was upfront, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process stress-free. I truly appreciate the time and effort he put into helping me. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Alec definitely stands out. I would gladly recommend University Auto to anyone needing quality service from someone they can trust.
